Goals of this Course

The goals of this course are simple

  1. Learn about holistic well-being.
  2. Make what you learn actionable (adj.: able to be done or acted on; having practical value)



How will this course support you in growing your well-being?

  1. Knowledge about well-being.
  2. Self-reflection to apply that knowledge to yourself (e.g., assess your own well-being).
  3. Practices for each area of well-being that help you improve your well-being.
  4. Tools + structures to set you up for long-term success with your well-being.



First, we will learn about Holistic Well-Being: What is it? What do these components of well-being include? What does it look like to have a high level of well-being in these areas?

Second, we will take that knowledge and apply it to our own lives: Where are you at with these areas of your well-being? Where do you want to grow?

Third, we will learn about and try out practices for growing in each area of our well-being.

And finally, you will receive tools and structures for creating and working towards your well-being goals.
